Rosario’s owner, Lisa Wong, in addition to her ownership of another Alamo City hotspot, Acenar & the iconic GoRio River Cruise, has earned widespread acclaim for her decades-long impact on the San Antonio culinary scene and her dedication to the community.
She has been honored with several prestigious awards over her storied career.

Beyond her accolades, Lisa is an active community leader and philanthropist. She has served on the boards of numerous organizations and causes, including the YWCA West Side Branch, Southtown Urban Main Street Program, The Children’s Shelter, the San Antonio Express-News Community Advisory Board, and the San Antonio River Walk Expansion Committee. An alumna of Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas and a member of the San Antonio Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, Lisa has contributed generously to organizations supporting women and children, including The Children’s Shelter and Say Sí, through both in-kind donations and financial support.
